Technically, IUDs are made out of regular polyethlyene grade plastic but I'd suggest printing with medical-grade quality ABS, which you can buy here: Can’t find much info about copper - sounds like copper is just toxic to foreign bodies (and beheads sperm! I know that some of the undergounders are training people and providing insertion services at a few locations. Some of us have been find thick straws, but maybe if you have a finer printer you can also print that out of medical ABS...
